Seriously, how this made it past blam i don't know, but all it is is 6 different buttons in total and some decent music and ripped sprites. This only got a decent score as everyone knows you from the numa numa dance...
...make this game finished for god sake.

Graphics: Need work, if you plan on making things like this in the future, a graphic tablet may be a good idea, but at your age it may be out of your spending limits. Try spending longer on your graphics, as they are certainly not something to have ruined.

Style: Too choppy and lacking a high FPS, i'm guessing this was animated at 12 fps. Increse the FPS to something in the 22-28 range, as thats far smoother. Also, the fact most of this was made with shape tweens lowered the style.

Sound: Good song, disliked the fact the song cut halfway through though.

Violence: None

Interactivity: A button, good enough for a 1

Humour: The cruddy car was a little laughable.

Overall: Needs Improvement and also needs to be finished before it's submitted to the flash portal, previews go in Newgrounds Alpha.

This is an incredible submission, i can't believe that took you 2.5 hours per second, it really shows how much work some people are willing to put into their submission. I can easily see this going into the 4/5 range, if not 4.5/5.
If you could, make it into a game, i'm sure it would be incredible.

I'm not sure, love the cat because you made this based on it, or hate it for killing the rabbit. I'm not sure, but in the mean time i think it's an awesome piece, keep it up!
